2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 354(D) of the IPC and Sections 65, 66 of the I.T. Act , pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
