JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Mairwa, Siwan, challenging the resolution of Ad-hoc committee by which the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Principal in-charge has been held illegal.
