Patna High Court CWJC No.15870 of 2014 (3) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 Litigation with a prayer to direct the respondents to stop dumping, sewage waste and garbage on roadside near F.C.I. godown in Ward no. 13 at Darbhanga. Other reliefs have also been prayed. When the writ petition was listed for admission the respondent nos. 3, 5 and 6, and respondent nos. 7 to 10 filed separate counter affidavits. It is stated that the garbage has since been removed.

The writ petition was taken up for hearing yesterday. There was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it was directed to be listed for today for judgment. There is no representation today also.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of as infructuous since the garbage is said to have been removed.
