Petitioner is said to have assaulted injured Rajeev by means of lathi. The injured Rajeev sustained simple injury. Moreover, there is no allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the deceased and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.
Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8143 of 2016 (2) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.182 of 2015.
