Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Delha P.S. Case No.184 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got information that the petitioner had brought liquor for sale and on such raid was conducted. The petitioner of course managed to flee away after throwing the plastic bag containing liquor but it appears that the petitioner was carrying 100 pouches each containing 200 ml. country made liquor and the same was recovered.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
