In view of the nature of grievances/claims raised on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ petition, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh comprehensive representation with all supporting documents before the respondent District Magistrate, Buxar, raising all the pleas regarding allotment of some lands to them, which have been raised in the present writ petition. If such a comprehensive representation is filed by the petitioners within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the respondent District

Patna High Court CWJC No.9601 of 2015 (2) dt.27-09-2016 Magistrate, Buxar either himself or any other competent authority of the respondent State shall look into the valid grievances of the petitioners and shall pass an appropriate final order, at an early date, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such comprehensive representation by the petitioners. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims raised on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ petition and the same is left to be decided by the competent authority strictly in accordance with law. The writ petition stands finally disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
