In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 442/315 of 2015 arising from Bhabua P.S. Case No. 354 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that two male and one female hired a vehicle, in mid way, they tied the driver and took away the vehicle which was recovered from the possession of Mehrun Nisha who has given the name of the petitioner and so much so that in the first information report the name of the petitioner-Rakesh Yadav came. Claim has been made by the petitioner that he is resident of another village and they are

In view of the statement and recovery of the vehicle, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after one year of jail custody.
