JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Informant, a police official, during course of patrolling informed regarding possession of country made wine by three persons whereupon all the three persons were apprehended and accordingly, searched. So far petitioner is concerned, 8 bottles of 350 ML (imperial blue) as well as 4 bottles containing 180 ML (imperial blue) were seized and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.05.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Vijay Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria PS Case No. 285/2017 (G.R. No. 1241/2017).
