The petitioner has not been granted the financial benefits to which he is entitled for his having served for 32 years in the Department.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except for one time-bound-promotion, he has not been paid any benefit under 1st and 2nd A.C.P.

Petitioner may represent before the Superintending Engineer, Canal Circle, Saharsa within a period of two weeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.16801 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 raising his grievance, who, on receipt of the aforesaid representation, shall look into the facts, verify the entitlement of the petitioner and pass a reasoned in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
