This is a case registered under Section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation made in the FIR is that the son of the informant had left his house in the morning of 12.01.2017 and did not return and after search his dead body was found in the hospital.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the instant case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Kumar who has already been granted bail vide order dated 26.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15578 of 2017. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent prior to the instant case and is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30071 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 custody since 18.01.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in Maner P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
