JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned Standing Counsel-19 appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the State Government under Section 45B of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 (In short 'the Land Ceiling Act') for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands claimed by them.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that if an appropriate petition under Section 45B of the Land Ceiling Act is filed on behalf of the petitioners within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, after impleading all the necessary parties including the parcha holder(s), if any, then the
