JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner attacked the father of the informant with sharp cutting weapon resulting his death.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 7.5.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against nine persons for assaulting the deceased. Neither any specific overt act is alleged against the

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goreakothi P.S. case No.80 of 2019.
