This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Brahmapur P.S. Case No.473 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected vide order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.78987 of 2023.

Unknown criminals looted Rs.50,000/- belonging to the State Bank of India in broad daylight. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2023.

It has been reported that the trial has started and two witnesses have been examined. The petitioner has been identified in the T.I. parade by one witness.

Considering the aforesaid facts, no ground for review of earlier order dated 29.02.2024 is made out. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
