JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation against the petitioner is that 27 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from his possession. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to political rivalry. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2017.
