The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C2/265/17/94/17 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 24 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.05.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. C-2/265/17/94/17.
