JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016 dated 15.12.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 447, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners and others are alleged to have resorted to firing but it barely hit anybody. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence as well and all the accused persons of the counter case have been granted bail.

Regard being had to the fact that some of the

No.33053 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
