The Writ Petition No. 5704 of 2012 and other analogous case were disposed of vide order dated 12.09.2014 directing the opposite parties to pass order in the light of order dated 07.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 20782 of 2012.
Patna High Court MJC No.372 of 2015 (4) dt.16-09-2015 2/3 Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties points out that order dated 07.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 20782 of 2012 has been challenged before the Division Bench of this Court in LPA Nos. 441 of 2014 and 442 of 2014. It is further pointed out that one contempt petition bearing Contempt Petition No 2718 of 2013 had been filed by one Nutan Thakur for compliance of order dated 07.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 20782 of 2012 but due to pendency of above stated LPA Nos. 441 of 2014 and 442 of 2014, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court disposed of the aforesaid contempt petition giving liberty to file fresh contempt petition, if needed after disposal of LPA Nos. 441 of 2014 and 442 of 2014. Admittedly, the present contempt petition has been filed in respect of order dated 12.09.
2014 passed in CJWC No. 5704 of 2012 as well as analogous cases and in the aforesaid case, the opposite parties were directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of order dated 07.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 20782 of 2012 which has been challenged before the Division Bench of this court in LPA Nos.
Patna High Court MJC No.372 of 2015 (4) dt.16-09-2015 3/3 disposal of LPA Nos. 441 of 2014 and 442 of 2014. With the aforesaid observation, this contempt petition stands disposed of.
