The petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2015 in connection with Jhajha Rail P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in brief is that the informant who was posted as Loco Pilot was driving Train No. EC/NRPA from Jhajha to Baraoni on 17.03.2015. When he arrived at the Manapur Station, some unknown criminals stopped the train and looted mobile, golden ring, eight hundred rupees from his Assistant and also looted five hundred rupees from the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8833 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 have been falsely implicated in this case due to the old enmity with the informant. It is further alleged that the F.I.R. has been lodged against three unknown persons.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Rail Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, in connection with Jhajha Rail P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.
