06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Two persons ridden on motorcycle were apprehended carrying a bag containing 17 pieces bottles of royal stag classic whisky each containing 750 ml and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 02-05-2017.

Accordingly, petitioner Md. Abujar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhamn P.S.
