2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"That this application is being filed to command the respondents for confirmation of service of the petitioner from the date of appointment, grant of assured carrier progression i.e. first from 12.09.2006 and second w.e.f. 12.09.2016, grant of pay grade at Rs. 1900/- w.e.f. 2006 instead of 2017 grant of grade pay of senior Dafadar w.e.f. 2000 granting benefit of promotion to the post of senior Dafadar and other service benefit as this Hon'ble Court deems fit."
3. There is no demand before the competent authority in highlighting that the petitioner is entitled to 1st and 2nd A.C.P. on 12.09.2006 and 12.09.2016 respectively. In the absence of demand
Patna High Court CWJC No.19397 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 before the competent authority, petitioner is not entitled to writ of Mandamus.
4. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If such a representation is submitted, the competent authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
