Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that mobile from which call of illegal demand was made stood in the name of one Pardeep Yadav and after that vendor of the aforesaid mobile disclosed that it was the petitioner who had purchased the said mobile in the name of the aforesaid Pardeep Yadav.

The impugned order shows that there was dispute between the petitioner and co-accused Pardeep Yadav. Except the present case, one Chandan P.S. case no. 20/2011 had been registered against the petitioner but the aforesaid Chandan P.S. case no. 20/2011 had been lodged by co-accused Pardeep Yadav.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
