This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 290, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not been arrested at the spot and his name has been transpired on the basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with G.R.
