2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, some stolen articles has been recovered from the garage of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 12.06.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57866 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Saraiya Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month.
