A very limited grievance has been raised by the petitioner that he had applied for the loan and there is a recommendation in his favour but, in spite of that, the Bank has not granted the loan. He has already invested sufficient amount for installation of the plant as he has been informed an approval has been granted by the officers including the authority of the Central Government has given recommendation in his favour, in spite of that, the authority of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10947 of 2015 dt.04-02-2017 Bank is not moving forward neither accepting nor rejecting the application of loan.

During pendency of this writ application, the petitioner has also moved before the Ombudsman of the Bank raising identical grievance as the Ombudsman is the competent authority to consider the grievance with the Bank.

In that view of the matter, let the Ombudsman decide the case of the petitioner on merit in accordance with law and dispose of the same without unnecessary delay.

This Court has not given any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
