Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 61667 of 2021 (Annexure - 1).

The trial court report reveals that in this case, charge has already been framed and out of five chargesheeted witnesses, one witness has already been examined and for securing attendance of rest witnesses, summons and bailable warrant of arrest has already been issued.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2021, the learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably
