JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8244 of 2023.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of the case has been received which has been kept at Flag-R. The report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Supaul dated 04.09.2023 suggests that trial will be concluded within one years.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months.
