2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 35863 of 2024 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charges have been framed on 21.11.2024.
4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in Sessions Trial No. 577 of 2024 arising out of Srinagar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023, subject to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55015 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
5. The petitioner shall physically appear before the learned court below on each and every date. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
