JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3, submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the grievances raised on behalf of the petitioner have been redressed and the respondent no.9 has been dismissed from service.

A copy of the aforesaid counter affidavit was served upon the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner way back on 27.09.2013, but till date no rejoinder affidavit has been

In above view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
