Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307/34 of Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 308/34 of IPC.
The first information report has narration that due to dispute regarding alignment of the drain, scuffle ensued wherein the instant petitioner, aged about 70 years, has been named by his agnates who are next door neighbours. Petitioner has brought on record the injury reports of the victims and relies on the same to show that all the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Jagdishpur Police Station Case No 236 of 2015.
