The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 25 of 2018 arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 169 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 365, 342, and 376 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he ravished the minor daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The
