2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 354(C), 354(D), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of I.T.Act.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner snapped some photographs of informant's daughter in objectionable condition and thereafter, made it viral on the social media.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as a matter of fact, Facebook ID of the petitioner was hacked by some miscreants and the alleged photographs were posted from his Facebook ID. There is no cogent evidence that it was petitioner, who posted photograph on social media.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioner has got one

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
