JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 18-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1110C of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

During hearing of the bail petition certified copy of the cognizance order dated 22.4.2017 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner from which it appears that cognizance has been taken for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
