JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned. He submits that during pendency of this application petitioner no. 1 was arrested hence the present bail application so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, has become infructuous.

2. The petitioner no. 2, Archana Kumar apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 329, 126(2), 115, 352, 351(2), 109(1), 3(5) BNS.

3. As per the FIR, the allegation against this petitioner no. 2 is that she along with other FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant, his wife and his daughter-in-law by means of lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others. Case and counter case. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
