According to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Kare Khalifa who opened fire on the injured and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that it was the petitioner who provided arms to the aforesaid Kare Khalifa.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
