2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the neck of informant with sickle.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the alleged incident took place due to petty dispute between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Injury caused by the petitioner was simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Several Co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court vide paragraph 12 of the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Muffasil Police Station Case No. 553 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
