JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application was filed for extension of time for depositing the remaining 50% amount being the second instalment as per the order dated 17.06.2014 passed in CWJC No. 9406 of 2014 but in the meantime the main writ petition itself has been dismissed and thus the modification petition has become infructuous and he does not intend to press the same.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
