JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and two others are said to have assaulted the informant's brother, namely, Sikandar Yadav, whose injury report has been annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition. The aforesaid injured sustained altogether seven injuries, out of them four injuries were found simple in nature whereas opinion regarding three injuries was kept reserved but even after elapse of near about one year, the complete injury report of aforesaid injured was not produced before the court below. The present occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and petitioner is in jail custody since 09.01.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9670 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015.
