Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with GR No.1002 of 2018 arising out of Gogri P.S. Case No.139 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-b) (a)/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The alleged gun and rifle shown to have been recovered is validly owned by this petitioner under a valid license. Further the seizure list prepared in this case was not served upon the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32517 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.139 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
