This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is father of co-accused, Ajay Sah. Allegation against Ajay Sah is that he enticed to the married daughter-in-law of the informant to go with him and fled away along with her.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
