Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26107 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 No.39 of 2014 (Trial No.4353 of 2016) by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
Leave is granted.
