2. The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 29.06.2019 passed by the Gram Panchayat Utraian, Konch, District- Gaya, related to the appointment of Panchayat Sikshak.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that for deciding the dispute regarding the teachers, a tribunal has been constituted and it still remains functional and the petitioner without approaching the tribunal has directly challenged the impugned order before this Court. In view of the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.17287 of 2019(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 submission this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Tribunal.

4. If an appeal is filed by the petitioner within one month with condonation of delay petition, the District Appellate Authority shall consider the same and dispose it in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
