JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-06-2017 Heard Shri Rajani Ranjan Pd Singh, the learned advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 31 of 2017 arising out of Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of Excise Amendment Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of approximately 15 liters of country made illegal wine from possession of the petitioner.

The learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

No.25485 of 2017 (2) dt.08-06-2017 released on bail on completion of three months in custody upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 31 of 2017 arising out of Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017.
