JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused as well as petitioner, there is nothing against him in the present case.

No doubt, petitioner does carry criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, he is in jail custody since 12-10-2015 but the I.O. did not take pain to arrange Test Identification Parade of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
