Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition of the petitioner for settlement of the land of Khata No.517 has not been disposed of on the ground that CWJC No.4687 of 2015 at the instance of Ajay Kumar Singh is pending before the High Court but it appears that CWJC No.4687 of 2015 has already been disposed of by this Court by order dated 23.06.2015 and Ajay Kumar Singh was directed to file representation before the Collector, Saran at Chapra who in turn was directed to dispose of the representation of Ajay Kumar

Patna High Court CWJC No.17222 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 Singh within three months from the date of filing of such representation. The representation of the petitioner was kept pending on the ground that CWJC No.4687 of 2015 is still pending.

Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Saran at Chapra to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on its own merit taking into account the order dated 23.06.2015, passed by this Court in CWJC No.4687 of 2015 preferably within six months. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
