JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, the name of petitioner came in this case only on the ground that when informant enquired about one Rajo Singh, the father of aforesaid Rajo Singh disclosed that now-a-days, his son namely, Rajo Singh is residing in the company of petitioner, who happens to be a dreaded criminal. From perusal of the impugned order, I find that except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9672 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014.
