2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 315, 325, 379, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the mother-in-law of the informant came to her house, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner started abusing and assaulting her by catching her locks. When the informant raised alarm, the petitioner kicked on her abdomen, as a result, she became unconscious. Thereafter, he assaulted on her mouth with iron rod.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Bhimpur P.S.
