JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide Annexure 1.

No fresh ground has been made out by the petitioner for renewal of his prayer for bail. From perusal of the trial court's report dated 18.12.2021 it appears that the case is running for appearance of five absent accused persons and for their appearance section 82 Cr.P.C. process has also been started.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 30.5.2020, let the
