KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation that from the possession of the petitioner along with other accused persons illegal foreign liquor was recovered. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The alleged recovery is not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. He is in custody since 15.4.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
