Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 1911-2015 in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was made accused in Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 on the basis of confessional statement and subsequently, in the present case one, Pradeep Yadav confessed his guilt, disclosing the involvement of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10144 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 The petitioner was remanded in this case and made his confessional statement in the present case also. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
