The Petitioner seeks bail in Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner.
